Week 7 - Landscape Re-Design (Ben)

In the initial phase of the project (week 1-5) It was deemed that the created landscape model showing the surrounding context was far to simple/conceptual, so after a group meeting it was decided that it should be modified to include contours. Also the layout for the roads was not 100% correct so the following file was remodelled:

This is easily rectified by editing the site section and adding contours. The "base level" already set in the project file was 16 500mm. Several screenshots from pd online were merged together and contours were added for every 1m:

 This process was straight forwards and easy to modify. By continually checking the model in section and 3d view as it was created minimalised errors.

On top of this the surrounding context had to be modified to suit the contours.
